Your pack shipment

1. Shipping Carriers

We primarily use the following trusted shipping providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders:

  • DHL Express

  • UPS

  • FedEx

We are also open to using alternative shipping providers upon customer request. Please contact us before placing an order to discuss additional shipping options.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times depend on the carrier, destination, and selected service level.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after full payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. Customers will be notified of any delays.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the carrier’s rate and will be displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

DHL Express

  • Domestic (if applicable): 1-3 business days

  • International: 3-7 business days

UPS

  • UPS Ground (Domestic): 3-5 business days

  • UPS Express (International): 3-6 business days

FedEx

  • FedEx Standard Overnight (Domestic): 1 business day

  • FedEx International Priority: 2-5 business days

Delivery estimates may vary based on destination and customs processing.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which vary by country.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their country’s customs authorities.

  • PrinterGears.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

  • Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in some countries. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product complies with their country’s import regulations.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using the tracking number provided.

  • If the issue is unresolved, reach out to our support team at sales@printergears.com for further assistance.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
